UK Broadstairs: Cost: 2 days mosaic course @ £200.00 (€285.00 / $300.00) per person
5 days mosaic course @ £500 (€700 / $750.00) per person
The cost of all of the courses in Broadstairs is £100.00 per day.
n.b: mosaic material costs are extra and start at £18 per kilo 
(1 x kg of vitreous glass covers an area of A3 = 30 x 42 cm = 12 x 16 inches approx)
(1 kilo of vitreous glass tiles - 330 tiles will cover A3: 40cm x 30cm – so if you make a mosaic of A4: 20 x 30 cm in size then the material cost will be £9.00)
Deposit of £80.00 (€100.00/$160.00) for 2 day & £300.00 (€445.00/$600.00) for 5 day to be paid on booking.

This is a really good site – you type in your own address and that of your destination and then you can print out road by road directions.
By car from London: Follow the signs to Canterbury/Dover/Ramsgate and Kent International Airport. After that you will see signs to Broadstairs. Broadstairs High Street goes downhill to the sea. At the bottom of the High Street turn left into Albion Street. Keep going until you see the Neptune pub in front of you then turn right into Harbour Street. A short way down Harbour Street you will see a little square – our house is facing you. If you pass the cinema then you have gone too far. If you stand with your back to the cinema then you are staring at the back door of Flint House! 
By train. Services from London Victoria to Broadstairs (final destination Ramsgate) leave approximately twice an hour and take 2 hours. Find your train times on www.nationalrail.co.uk. We are a about a 7 minute walk or £2 taxi ride from the station.
By plane. www.easyjet.com   flies Stansted or Gatwick. Flights to Stansted, Gatwick or Heathrow include a train journey of 3-4 hours to get you all the way to Broadstairs.

Accommodation In Broadstairs
Accommodation is not included in the course fee but is available within a short walk of Flint House. Hotels and B&B prices start at around £55 per night. We recommend that you stay in Broadstairs the evening prior to your course so that you are fresh and on time for the start of the course the next morning.
